Q. What is The Pacific Companies Resident Rewards program?
A. The Pacific Companies (TPC) Resident Rewards is an appreciation program that offers registered participants the opportunity to accumulate points for qualifying actions. Participants may redeem points for a wide variety of goods and services from the Redeem Rewards gift card section of the website.


Q. Who do I contact for questions or problems?
A. Contact us via the Contact Us tab on this website. All emails and calls will be responded to as timely as possible. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ON-SITE MANAGEMENT WITH QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS; they are an enrollee just like you, and have no affiliation with TPC or the rewards program.


Q. How does the TPC Resident Rewards program work?
A. Qualified participants will be awarded points as outlined in the Program Rules. Points may be redeemed for items in the Redeem Rewards section of the website.


Q. What do I need to enroll?
A. Once you are approved to live in a TPC property, sign your lease, and move in you are eligible. You must have a personal email address, which will also be used to sign into your account. Any information related to your account will be sent to your personal email address.


Q. What are TPC Resident Rewards operating dates?
A. TPC Resident Rewards will begin upon execution of a lease agreement and completion of the account activation process. TPC reserves the right to terminate this program at any time. Reward points may be redeemed up to 90 days after the termination of the program.


Q. Who is eligible for TPC Resident Rewards?
A. Residents and on-site managers of the TPC family of properties are eligible (one participant per unit).


Q. Why do you request my personal information when I enroll in TPC Resident Rewards?
A. When enrolling, you will provide us with personal information that will only be used in relation to awarding you points in the program and redeeming points for merchandise. It is your responsibility to maintain the accuracy of your contact information through the My Account page of this website. This information will not be distributed to anyone, but will be maintained in our database. If you choose not to complete this page, you will be ineligible to participate in our rewards program.


Q. How do I earn TPC Resident Rewards points?
A. Rewards are accumulated for a variety of actions, many of them being the things you already do, including paying your rent on time, making referrals, relocating from one TPC property to another, or recertifying and renewing your lease. See Redeem Rewards tab, Ways to Get Points for a full list of criteria.


Q. How do I redeem my TPC Resident Rewards Points?
A. After accumulating points, just login to your personal account with the email address and password you used when enrolling. After you’ve logged in, click the Redeem Rewards tab in the top menu to browse the catalog of rewards. When you have located the item you wish to redeem points for, you may checkout right away or add more items to your shopping cart. Finally, update or confirm your account information and your rewards will soon be on their way. All products will be shipped to the on-site property manager for distribution and should arrive within 2-3 weeks. The on-site manager will require the participant’s signature before releasing the reward.


Q. Do I have to calculate shipping and tax?
A. No. We will ship your gift cards to your property manager where you will sign for your card(s), free of charge. Please note that when you redeem your gift card, shipping and tax may be included as part of that transaction depending upon the card company rules.


Q. How long will it take for my rewards to arrive after redeeming points?
A. Delivery times vary; most gift cards are delivered within 2-3 weeks. While some items may arrive in as little as 5 business days, this is not typical and will depend upon inventory, demand, region, or shipping method. All items will be shipped directly to the on-site property manager’s office and they will distribute. You should receive a notification email when your item is shipped. Please check with your property manager before contacting us.


Q. What if I need to return a defective gift card or I don’t receive my gift card?
A. Contact us via the Contact Us form on this website for return instructions. Please do not go to your on-site property manager; they are only responsible for distributing the rewards to participants.


Q. How do I track the shipping status of my rewards after redeeming points?
A. Login to your personal account and click My Account to view details on your order status. Once your item ships you will receive a notification email.


Q. Can I have my rewards shipped to my address instead of the manager’s office?
A. No, all rewards will go to the property manager’s office where you will sign for and pick up your reward. TPC nor the property manager is responsible for items lost or stolen after pick up.


Q. Where do I obtain warranty information?
A. Warranty registration forms are typically included in product packaging. All warranties are held with the manufacturer. TPC is not responsible for merchandise warranties.


Q. Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
A. No, all redemptions are final once placed.


Q. Can I pay the difference if I don’t have enough points for the product I want?
A. No, you must have sufficient points to order any item on our site. At this time our site does not allow for other payment options.


Q. Will the products remain the same on your website?
A. We will try to maintain both consistency and variety in the products that are offered, but they may change due to availability. Your feedback helps us stay informed regarding the items you desire most.


Q. Do my points ever expire?
A. No. They will remain with you as long as you reside in a TPC property. However, you must redeem the points before the last day you reside in a TPC property or they will expire and/or be forfeited.


Q. Can I transfer or gift points to another resident of a TPC property?
A. Yes, points can be transferred or shared with another program participant as found in the ‘Unique’ section of Redeem Rewards. Contact us via the Contact Us form on this website to transfer or gift points to another participant.
